Consultation & Recommendation
Our team provides a tailored recommendation, including product specifications, functionality, and potential customization options. For more complex projects, we may arrange a consultation to better understand operational requirements.
Quotation & Agreement
A formal quotation is issued, outlining:

- Delivery timeline
- Payment terms
Once agreed, the order is confirmed.
Confirmation of Your Order
To initiate production or allocation, a deposit payment is required. Upon receipt, your order enters the production or preparation phase.
Production & Preparation
Depending on the product and customization level, production typically takes between 4 and 6 weeks. During this stage, quality checks and system configurations are completed.
Final Payment & Dispatch
Once the product is ready, the remaining balance is settled. After payment confirmation, the product is prepared for shipment.
Delivery & Optional Installation
Products are delivered directly to your location. Installation support, setup guidance, and onboarding can be arranged if required.
